We will start with getting your mood board and details refined and align with your personal vision. There will be generally 2-3 additional creative planning meetings included and that is where we will iron out any details. With timeline, vendor suggestions, venue floor plan, seating chart and color chart.

With this package, you can choose to have a certified financial personal planner look over your current wedding budget and show you where you can allocate your wedding funds to save or better invest in your big day.

We will have a full service team to come the big day and ensure every detail in your day is seamless and that you and your guest have an amazing day!

Our full service team will work with your vendors to fully set up and tear down everything for your wedding day. We will be with you for your perfect day for up to 10 hours!

For the couples who life is just a little demanding at the moment and need a full service team! We will guide you through all aspects of your dream wedding from the detailed binder to mailing out the thank you cards. Every detail will be better than you can imagine!

We will have unlimited contact and will do check in every 3-4 weeks to be fully updated and ready for any changes. We will start with your wants to establish a solid foundation for the big day, all this will be inspired by your passion and showcasing you two perfectly in your wedding. Once we have the basis of your plan , we will refine all the details and guide you through all logistics. Logistics being financial aspects, vendors aspects , location and more.

After all the logistics and details are established, we can get to the fun part of get into decorative details and guest experiences. We want to ensure that not only you have an amazing day but your guests as well. We will be there for a full 12 hour day to ensure smooth transition throughout the day. We are now offering the following below for all types of events. We partner will several vendors for certain services at a discounted price to you!

• For our full service team we will provide a seamless day with ensuring everything is set up and broken down for your event! All personal items will be set up to the last detail for a perfect day and all items will be packed and cleaned at the end of the event. Dropping off rentals for the next day and servers can be requested! Starting price for full service team $700.

• Needing more time with for coordination, we offer additional hours for up to 15 hours! Additional hours will be $80 per hour and must be requested 48 hours in advanced. If requested on day of event it will be $100 per hour.

• For the couples needing to get fully organized, we offer customized binders and will continue to update it for you! Starting price for customized binders is $200.

•Need to visually show us your plans and want to do a venue walk though, we offer that too! Our prices for venue walk through and detail meeting starts at $100.

• Last but not least we offer Rehearsal dinner coordination for those who may need assistance to ensure that their processional is perfect and a relaxed evening! Starting prices for rehearsal dinner will be $300.

We offer bachelor and bachelorette parties set up so that you and your group can come to your overnight accommodation ready to start the weekend!
