We are honored to assist in coordinating and executing the day you have so thoughtfully and meticulously planned. Our commitment is to provide a seamless and stress-free experience, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in the joy of your celebration.
Our coordination package is designed to have all essential elements required for a successful wedding day. While we are available for guidance from the moment of booking, our active coordination begins approximately 4 to 6 weeks prior to your event. During this period, we will typically conduct 2 to 3 planning meetings and assume responsibility for all vendor communications.
We will confirm all arrangements with your selected vendors and prepare a customized planning binder and detailed timeline to ensure your vision is flawlessly brought to life.
On the day of your wedding, your principal planner and a professional assistant will be present for up to eight hours to oversee the event and manage all logistical details, ensuring a refined and memorable experience for you and your guests.
Please note: For guest counts exceeding 150, the presence of an additional assistant will be required to maintain our standard of service.

Often referred to as "Month-of Coordination," our Wedding Management package provides comprehensive support to ensure your special day unfolds exactly as envisioned—just like our standard coordination offering.
This package includes everything a couple will need for a smooth and memorable wedding day. While we are available for guidance from the moment you book, our active involvement begins 8 to 10 weeks prior to your event. During this time, we will schedule 3 to 5 planning calls to gather all essential details and prepare thoroughly for your celebration.
From confirming logistics with all of your booked vendors to creating a customized, detailed timeline, we manage every aspect of the final planning phase. To further enhance our preparation and provide a clear visual layout, we will arrange a venue walk-through with you in advance of the wedding.
The evening before your wedding, we will facilitate a ceremony rehearsal lasting up to two hours, ensuring that you and your wedding party are confident and comfortable with every detail.
On the wedding day itself, our team will be by your side for up to eight hours to oversee and execute a seamless, stress-free experience, for both you and your guests.

Our Partial Planning Package includes everything offered in our Event Management package, along with enhanced support for couples who may not require full-service planning but would benefit from professional guidance in bringing their vision to life.
This package is ideal for those who have begun the planning process but would like expert assistance in refining details and ensuring a smooth experience in the months leading up to the wedding.
We begin by helping you develop and refine your wedding vision board and overall aesthetic to ensure it aligns with your personal vision. You’ll receive 2 to 3 additional creative planning meetings, during which we’ll fine-tune the details—including your event timeline, vendor recommendations, venue floor plan, seating chart, and color palette.
As an added option, you may choose to consult with a certified personal financial counselor who will review your wedding budget and offer insights into how to optimize your spending—helping you save or make the most of your investment in your big day.
On the wedding day the lead planner and two professional assistants will be present for up to 1 hours to ensure everything runs beautifully, for you and your guests.

Designed for couples with busy schedules or those who simply desire a dedicated, full-service planning team, our Full Planning Package offers comprehensive support from the very beginning to well beyond your wedding day. We’ll guide you through every element of the planning process ,from building your vision to sending out your thank-you cards and ensuring that every detail exceeds your expectations.
With unlimited communication and routine check-ins every 3 to 4 weeks, we’ll remain fully aligned with your evolving plans and ready to adapt to any changes. Our process begins by identifying your unique priorities and preferences, laying the foundation for a celebration that authentically reflects you as a couple.
Once the vision is established, we’ll manage all logistics, including budgeting, vendor coordination, venue selection, and more. From there, we’ll move into the creative phase, curating design elements, guest experiences, and every thoughtful touch that makes your wedding truly one-of-a-kind.
On your wedding day, the principal planner and professional support team will be present for up to 12 hours, ensuring every transition is seamless and every moment unfolds exactly as planned. Our mission is to create a celebration that flows effortlessly, allowing you to simply be present and enjoy the start of your next chapter.

Full-Service Event Support
Our full-service team ensures your event day is seamless from start to finish. We handle complete setup and breakdown, carefully arrange all personal items, and ensure every detail is in place. Post-event, we pack and clean your items, and can coordinate next-day rental returns. Server staffing is also available upon request.
